Biography
Javiera Larenas is Senior Research Laboratory Technician. Started her career in Chile were she was born, studying Agricultural sciences and developed a strong interest in the field of pathology. Moving later to Spain, and from there to United Kingdom, she worked in different institutions but consistently in the public or academic sector. “I have worked in different laboratories, where objectives, work methods and resources were very diverse. However, what I find most enriching is the cultural diversity of the people I work alongside with,” she notes.
