Biography
I am currently a postdoc in the laboratory of Prof. Giles Oldroyd at Crop Science Centre. My PhD was with Prof. Jeremy Murray and Master was with Prof. Ertao Wang at CAS Center for Excellence in Molecular Plant Sciences in Shanghai, China.
I am fascinated with how plants recognize numerous pathogenic and symbiotic micro-organisms and transduce these signals to activate either defense or promote beneficial interactions. I also very interested to understand and engineer the nitrogen fixation to cereal crops although that is challenging.
